Banquet Event Order (BEO) Template
What is a banquet event order, or BEO? It's the one page that keeps a private event from coming apart at the seams. It tells your kitchen what to cook, your bar what to pour, and your floor what to sequence as the night runs, and it calculates pricing automatically. Works in Google Sheets or Excel.
Most event disasters start the same way.
