HOW IT WORKS:

1 - Download the file, and go to the Guide & Settings tab. Enter your budget information, revenue projections and a few venue settings, like how many seats you have and how many hours you are open. This is the majority of the data-entry you will input while using the system.

2 - Daily, enter the previous day's net revenue, total labor spend, and purchases / expenses in the designated tabs. Daily entry is designed to take less than 5 minutes / day, so it actually gets done.

3 - Enjoy total visibility. Your data automatically calculates in the backend, outputting a customizable KPI dashboard broken down by month, with seven charts, rolling trends, and a full 12 month P&L with YTD and YTD paced budget category adherence. It even accounts for inventory, yielding real adjusted COGS calculations.
