Every bar has a gap between what the POS says you sold and what your inventory says you poured. The question is how big the gap is. The Pour Adherence Tracker tells you, by product, in dollars and ounces. Doing it manually works, but the SHS tracker saves you time and ensures accuracy.
Enter your starting count, purchases, ending count, and POS drinks sold for each item. The sheet calculates ounces used, ounces sold, variance, and the retail dollars you're losing on each product. Items get color-coded against industry benchmarks — green under 2%, yellow 2-5%, red above 5% — so the problem bottles surface immediately. Variance and lost revenue charts give you the full picture at a glance.
Built-in bottle size reference covers 750ml, 1L, 1.75ML bottles and 1/6, 1/4, 1/2 kegs, so you're not hunting for conversions while you work. Use it weekly - choose popular liquors, cocktails, and draft beer (not everything every time) - to keep track of how your bar is performing and identify where leaks are coming from.
